Refund policy

Outside of special/custom orders, Grace Lamercie® Jewelry will accept merchandise for return, unused/unworn with the original receipt, in the original package for up to 30 business days after the date of purchase.

All refunds will be issued in the form of payment given. All Grace Lamercie® vintage and antique pieces are eligible for full refund, minus the cost of shipping, and a 10% restocking fee. If you would like to exchange your piece for store credit, the restocking fee will not apply. As with all of our returns, items must be returned within 30 business days in unworn, pristine original condition and packaging. Special/custom orders may not be canceled, exchanged or refunded, as well as items purchased on layaway or markdown are final sale.

While we don't have seasonal sales, we sometimes send special offers to customers through email and text marketing. Sign up to get on our list.

Our discount policy: One code per customer. Discounts cannot be applied to past purchases and Grace Lamercie® discounts do not apply to shipping, taxes, gift certificates or custom items. They are non-transferable. Grace Lamercie® discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Discounts can be applied online upon proof of email, unless specified as an online exclusive. Other restrictions may apply.

Please note: Grace Lamercie® reserves the right to review, investigate and disqualify any discount that violates our first-purchase and birthday promotional program - such as attempting to gain multiple discounts through different email addresses or distributing your unique promotional code on referral and discount websites.
